The Way To Living The Healthy Life

In this blog, first of all, I welcome you all. Hence, in our daily busy life, we lost our healthy life. So I thought if you read my this blog, then maybe you’ll know how it matters to deal with every second of our life for a healthy reason.

I saw many people, even my friends, who don’t know the benefits of a healthy life, and that’s why I started to write this blog. Hope you will not disappoint me. I know, I believe that anyone can get it if they decide that they want. Ask yourself a question – are you ready? If yes, oh! Hell yeah, welcome to the tour of health+happiness.

How healthy are you?

This life is too long to live like a road where we travel by a car which runs on petrol, diesel, etc. Many people do many things to make their life more easy and happy, but sometimes some people miss some steps to live a healthy life. To run our life-car, we need sufficient fuel for it, which actually increases the mileage and overall performance. For that, we have to take care of our body as much as we can.

Everyone’s life is set to do something great. It doesn’t matter if it will be great for everyone, so just don’t waste your time doing stuff which only makes you unhealthy. Here, all about good health is not meant to be only eating healthy food and just doing some a bit of exercise. A healthy person means the one who has positive habits or attitude, positive self-image, and a great way to live their life in a way full of healthy, wealthy stuff.

Tips that I want you to know all about them, just like that:

  • Human Body is actually consists of 60% water, oh! Yeah, and it helps in digestion, absorption, and maintains our body temperature, etc.
  • Healthy sleep always works like it helps in improving brain functioning – to learn something, to remember, and you know the rest.
  • Meditation – it always helps me to focus and make my body relaxed. You should try it at once.
  • Exercise – well, well, yes, we all know about this step, which is actually common, but many of you don’t do that. Some people think that this doesn’t help, but trust me, try it, and you’ll get results in a week.
  • Healthy fruits – There are a wide variety of fruits, but some are most beneficial compared to others, like Lemons | Strawberries | Oranges | Blackberries, etc.
  • Healthy Veggies are also a great option like Spinach, Carrots, Broccoli, Asparagus, etc.
  • Eat Intact Grains – they are high in nutrients, lower the risk of heart problems, stroke, obesity, and also lower the risk that you might have diabetes.

Drink Water As Much As You Can

We all drink water, as without it, life is impossible. But is there any limit to how much water you should drink in a day? Actually, yes, there is not any boundary, but you have to ensure men intake at least 3.4L of water a day and women intake at least 2.7L of water a day.

In the human body, many body functions mainly depend on the water that we intake. Water in our body does many functions like maintaining the sodium balance in our body, helping in maintaining the body temperature, and also helping protect our organs and tissues.

There are so many functions which totally depend on the water that we intake. It travels inside our body and does the job that is meant to be done, like it helps in controlling the blood pressure helps in digestion (if you are suffering from any digestion problem, then I recommend you take at least 1 cup of hot water on an early morning every day), and the most important function that our body does to take care of us is removing bacteria from our bodies.

Well, actually, as I mentioned above, the amount of water that you should intake, but here’s the twist every human body functions the same, but their needs are not the same.

For example, suppose you are doing a workout, and after that, you become thirsty, then it totally depends on your body how much water you should intake. On the other hand, if someone just walks around on a sunny day, it depends on his body how much water he should intake. So if you are sweating heavily, you should take water according to your body.

Get A Routine Healthy Sleep

Ok, so now what? You are exercising, taking appropriate water, and a lot of stuff to make your body healthy, but what about sleep? Maybe you are wasting all your efforts to make your body fit and fine. Doing healthy stuff but not able to sleep appropriately, that’s why I’m using these words, “Wasting Your Efforts.”

After a long, heavy but good night’s rest, anyone becomes a superhero on the next day. Many of you do not sleep well at night, and many of you will ask how long you should sleep at night.

At first, I didn’t have my magic ring so that I could use it to answer these questions, but now I have one: “National Sleep Foundation,” according to which you can aim for how much you should sleep at night, but it totally depends on your age. The two years of research, just to know how much we should sleep at night, gave us a mind-blasting result based on 9 categories according to age.

Like the:

  • Older ones aged “65” or more should sleep at least 7 to 8 hours.
  • Adults aged 26 to 64 should sleep at least 7 to 9 hours.
  • Young adults aged from 18 to 25 years should also sleep at least 7 to 9 hours.
  • The teenagers should also sleep at least 8 to 10 hours, aged from 14 to 17 years.
  • Children from age 6 to 13 should sleep at least 9 to 11 hours. (as they do more things compared to young or adults like playing, laughing, etc.)
  • From age 3 to 5 years, children should sleep at least 10 to 13 hours.
  • From age 1 to 2 years (toddlers), they should sleep at least 11 to 14 hours. (for toddlers, it is very important to take proper sleep at night)
  • From age 4 to 11 months (infants), they should sleep at least 12 to 15 hours.
  • The newborn babies aged between 0 to 3 months should sleep 14 to 17 hours.

Do Meditation

Meditation is not just a word; it is more than that. Actually, I can say that this is the only way to change your lifestyle, accept every single possibility to change your way of living, thinking, eating, and any more. It is like a process that actually helps your brain to focus and to remove unstable thoughts from your mind so that you can use the only thoughts that will help you achieve your goals. There are a lot of benefits of meditation, and I’m happy to tell you that nowadays, many of you are connected with meditation and using its benefits to make your life shine.

Many of you think that it is just a way to calm down, reduce stress, and do other things. But you are wrong! It’s not just to turn your phone on silent and sit on the ground; “just breathe heavily in-out and in-out.” It is way more than that.

Meditation? What about benefits!

The main benefit of meditation is that you don’t need any equipment, like the one you need to make your biceps. Many people with tight daily schedules still give time to meditation, which helps them focus and concentrate. There are mainly two styles to do meditation: (1) Focused attention-based, (2) Open monitoring-based.

  • Meditation also helps control blood pressure. High blood pressure makes it hard for the heart to work normally—it finds difficulty pumping the blood in the body, which leads to heart failure. Use meditation to prevent it.
  • You believe it or not, but now I’m going to tell you the truth that using meditation can actually control your pain. Yes, it’s hard to believe, but that works—it has been tested. You can try this because in meditation, we have to focus and remove unnecessary thoughts, which helps you decrease the pain.
  • Some so many people are suffering from many mental situations, but here I am specifically talking about addictions. I guess the worst habit is addiction to anything; it makes anyone crazy as they don’t have control. Meditation helps in decreasing stress and gives strength to think positively, which helps in addiction.

Do Some Exercise

There are many benefits of exercise or workout. And here is the thought that no one is late to start this; you can start it right now. It doesn’t matter if you have done it in the past or not. Exercise is not just about diet and workouts; it’s way more than that.

Exercise helps you in a variety of ways, like it helps you to control your weight. If you notice how much energy you use, it depends on what and how much you eat to get the required amount of calories. If you want to lose weight, you just have to burn more calories than you eat.

As I mentioned, exercise helps in many ways to get a better healthy style. One of the most important and my favorite benefits of exercise that actually helped me to stay calm in some situations is “It helps you to maintain your mood and mental health.” Because whenever you work out, your body has a function to release a chemical, “don’t worry,” that is not the chemical you think of. When this chemical is released, you feel relaxed, and it will improve your mood and make you happy.

Eat Intact Grains

First, we have to know what is intact. If you don’t know, then I’ll explain that we have heard about Whole grains; actually, they are seeds or kernels containing super-duper fiber, having an outer coating of bran, the endosperm, and the germ. The unprocessed seed form containing all three bran is called intact.

Intact grains are especially known for not increasing blood sugar intake. If your blood sugar is normal or we can say properly stable, you may feel so good and energetic. Now I know that part – you’re thinking about what intact grains you should include in your daily meal, let me tell you some of them, and then the rest of all you get – you can add these intact grains in your daily meal:

  • Wheat Berries
  • Barley
  • Quinoa
  • Buckwheat groats
  • Kasha
  • And many more


As above, I mentioned a lot of ways to get a better healthy life. You don’t have to be confused by reading them all, just do whatever you want but in a healthy way, like eat any food but make sure it’s healthy. Don’t waste your time just sitting – you can exercise to make your body healthy and wealthy. I saw many people change in front of me, and I bet that you all can do the same.
